Log into your ATK Gear account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely package the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
